Doc and Biomed doc are talking about trying to use the electrocardiograms for identifying each crewman by their heartbeat. It's turning out to be more difficult than expected!

Does this mean that they're worried no coffee during EVAs for doctors?


There's a rumor going on about Lovell maybe doing the docking with the LM plus dificulty in telling Lovell and Swigert's biomedical data apart!

TELMU wants to get the heaters in the LM back on...just in case.


Apparently White House is on the line with President Nixon's advisor Henry Kissinger seeking space advisor, General Borman.


NETWORK and PROCEDURES controllers talk about trying to activate the "210" site (that is, the 70-meter-diameter antenna) at the Parkes Radio Telescope in Australia to support 13's low power communications and telemetry.


Launch Control gives Apollo 13 their farewells.

Doctors are horrified that the coffee maker isn't working and the secretary wont' come in until 7 am...a long night with no coffee...and sounds like the headset isn't working properly either!


When you gotta go, you gotta go, even in Mission Control.


To alleviate the quiet night shift with the crew sleeping, the doctors are using Commander Lovell's heart trace to try to figure out if he's really sleeping or dreaming or doing something awake.


Flight Surgeon and the Biomed back room guy talk about  the crew heart rates and ECG traces for the starting sleep period.
