Michael Collins had requested to hear the comms from Tranquility Base, but some background noise was heard by Aldrin. So the full MSFN relay was removed for him.

Bruce (CAPCOM) had floated a partial relay, and here NETWORK is talking with FLIGHT about a possible work around.
