Public Affairs audio track

I can see the text of the Public Affairs text in the Transcript window, but can't hear it. Is there a button to press that makes it audible? It's on the audio track if you download the missions from the archive.org website but doesn't seem to come up on the realtime version. Also, while I'm on the subject, is the onboard audio available to hear as well?

PAO is in the left ear of the "main" audio--that is, the audio that plays with the youtube video when the mission control audio panel is closed.
